Sleep Deprivation: The Risks and Dangers of Lack of Sleep
Sleep.
Everyone needs it but due to our busy lives, sometimes going
to bed early or even sleeping at all is not an option.
Whether it’s because of your work, your school project, or
your favourite TV show to binge watch -I’m sure that we’ve all experience staying
up late ‘til the wee hours of the night.
We’ve all heard how healthy it is to have 8 hours of sleep
but did you know the health risks and dangers of having little to no sleep at
night?

Although it might seem like a great idea to stay up late at
night, I’m telling you now that it’s not and it’s time to stop!
Think about this for a moment:
Sure, by staying up late at night you’ll be able to finish
your work, your school project, finish a full season of your favourite show,
or whatever it is that you think you need to do.
No matter what the reason is, at the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter. And it wouldn’t be worth it especially because it causes your life in exchange.
